Intelliots' delivery is led by a technologist with over a decade of engineering experience spanning rail automation systems for global manufacturers and cloud infrastructure for education platforms, shaped by seven years working and studying in Italy. That background — structure over improvisation, evidence over assumption — sets the operating discipline for how Intelliots scopes, architects, and delivers engagements.

Intelliots' systems are architected by a senior technical lead with a background spanning enterprise cloud infrastructure, modular system design, and compliance-conscious data architecture for international clients. Recent work includes modular monolith architectures on PostgreSQL and GraphQL, and structuring privacy-conscious hosting for an international client. This function remains a dedicated architecture role within Intelliots' delivery model, distinct from account leadership.

Intelliots is deliberately small and senior. Engagements are staffed by the people who scoped them — there is no handover from a sales team to an unfamiliar delivery team, and no layer of junior resourcing between you and the people writing the code.
